Booking and Cancellation Policy
1. Agreement and Accession
a) When applying for the daily reservation at Pousada Sitio Phoenix, the guest, either directly or through the travel agency, agrees with the "Book and Cancellation Policy" on this page.
b) You acknowledge also that the chef services, air carriers, land, waterways or rental, are outsourced, accounting providers for specific legislation, the property is merely an intermediary.
a) The tariff prices listed in brochures and / or advertisements are valid for the periods there marked and may vary due to the high season or any special event as well, due to the exchange rate or increases authorized by the competent authorities.
b) We do not charge service fee.
a) Advance deposit of 50% of the total for guarantee. Balance to be paid at check in. Except in the New Year and Carnival Packages: advance deposit in the amount of the package.
b) Payments should be made through bank deposits, current account to be informed. Please send the voucher via email.
4. Returns and Cancellations
a) Requests for cancellations must be sent by email firstname.lastname@example.org
b) The cancellation requested up to 15 days of the date of entry at the inn, the guest will receive a refund of 80% of the amount paid.
c) Cancellations requested up to 7 days from date of entry at the inn, the guest will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
d) Cancellations made less than 7 days of the guest's arrival at the inn, it will lose 100% of your fee. However the hostel can provide, free of charge, an equivalent period in time of low season, subject to availability of the hostel. (the daily may be used in another period from 90 days, and that the host has to contact the Inn to reschedule your Reservation.)
e) In case of NO-SHOW (no show), the guest will forfeit 100% of the amount paid.

a) Check-In: 13:00h
b) Check-Out: 12:00h
